June 2023 Club Meeting

WHAT: JUNE 5th, 2023 CLUB MEETING
WHEN: MONDAY, JUNE 5th 2023 @ 6PM (5:30PM if volunteering for Rodeo Parking)
WHERE: FREEMAN BUILDING, PRESCOTT RODEO GROUNDS, 840 RODEO DRIVE, PRESCOTT
Our next monthly meeting will be held at 6pm on Monday June 5th 2023 in the Freeman Building at the Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo Grounds. Topics for discussion will include trail work, club rides, as well as a recap of our Lynx Creek Hare Scramble, parking support for the 137th edition of the World’s Oldest Rodeo, and Prescott Valley Outdoor Summit plans.
Food and drinks will be available for purchase (cash only.)
PLEASE NOTE: For those who plan to volunteer for the 2023 World’s Oldest Rodeo, please arrive at this meeting at 5:30pm as WOR staff have offered to provide a special session of cart training and orientation f0r PTR (so we don’t need to attend the normal, mandated WOR cart training the second Saturday morning in June.)
