DESCRIPTION:  \nThis month’s club ride and the annual Christmas party is scheduled for Saturday December 12th 2020 at 10am (KSU) with the party following the ride at 1pm. \nWhen: Saturday December 12th\, 2020 at 10:00am (kickstands up) \nStaging Area: Junction of Wolf Creek Rd and 97B (Prescott Basin Dispersed Campsite 10/11) GPS Coordinates: 34.453961\, -112.487802 \n \nDirections: It’s easier to access the staging location from the west (Hwy 89) than from Senator Highway for most.  Take 89 South from Courthouse Plaza for 3.6 miles\, turn left (South) onto Ponderosa Park Rd. for 2.1 miles until it ends at S Indian Creek Rd. Turn left there on Indian Creek and continue 1.3 miles to the staging location. \nDetails:  We have a 30-40 mile loop planned heading south from the staging location on 97B with options for additional challenges for those interested.  We will have box lunch sandwiches and beverages available after the ride\, as well as items from our club sponsors to raffle off.

We will be working directly around the staging/parking area there on fencing and other repairs.  Please plan to attend a mandatory safety meeting at 9am.  If you feel sick\, please stay home. \nPlease be prepared to observe all social distancing and safe work precautions including masks\, eye protection\, long sleeve shirts and pants\, boots\, and gloves. Hard hats (or bicycle helmet) are also required and will be provided if you don’t bring one. Please bring your own drinks and lunch. \nFor those unfamiliar with the area\, take Walker Rd south from Hwy 69 (at Costco) for 2.0 miles (past the Highlands Center) and the staging area will be on your right.  If you get to Lynx Lake Store Rd (and N Shore Picnic area) you have gone a few hundred yards too far.

DESCRIPTION:When:  Saturday October 10th 2020 at 9am \nStaging Location:  We will stage at the intersection of Tonto Rd & Diamante Rd (a.k.a. Calle Diamante) in the Prescott National Forest. (This is about 3/4 mile south of the Rancho Diamante entrance gates) \nStaging Area Coordinates: 34º 39′ 39″ N 112º 39′ 23″ W   (paste this into Google maps on your phone for directions)\n \nRide Details: This month’s ride is a 26 mile loop around Rancho Diamante to the PTR Campground and back. The more ambitious can add another 12 mile loop of more challenging terrain. Please bring your own drinks and lunch.  The loop shown below is from an earlier ride and is intended to show a general route\, the staging location and PTR campground location. \nDirections to Staging Area:  From downtown Prescott take Montezuma/Iron Springs Rd 9.8 miles to Contreras Rd.  Turn right on Contreras and follow it and Tonto Rd (FSR 102) for 6.8 miles to the intersection with Diamante Rd. \n  \n \n

DESCRIPTION:PTR’s January trail work day is Saturday January 18th 2020 at 9am and will stage in the gravel parking on the left as you enter Wilhoit on Hwy 89.  Due to limited parking at trail 107/FR72 intersection\, please plan to ride over from the staging area.  Tools will be ferried to the work area from the PTR Trailer at the staging location.
